THINKING OF WORKING WITH US?
How we select our educators?
We seek out industry experts, innovators, and thought leaders who have demonstrated a deep understanding of their subject matter and a commitment to sharing their insights with others. Each potential educator undergoes an assessment of their professional background, experience, and the impact of their work within their field.
Our goal is to empower learners with access to top-tier education videos and to foster a community where knowledge is freely shared and continuously expanded.
STEP 1- Your experience
Share your expertise, background, and skillset in which you can offer guidance on our platform as a mentor.
For community call hosts, share the topic, format, and goals of the call you’d like to host.
The Love the Idea team reviews submitted profiles/proposals to ensure alignment with platform values, mentorship goals, and community engagement.
Approved mentors and community call hosts will receive a notification to undergo onboarding, which includes understanding platform features, guidelines, and expectations, as well as content scheduling and your ongoing availability.
STEP 2- your content
Once approved, mentors start creating and submitting course materials or mentorship resources. Community call hosts work on planning the structure and content of their calls.
Love the Idea supports mentors in promoting their mentorship offerings. For community call hosts, assistance is provided in promoting the call through various channel and a registration system is set up to manage participant sign-ups.
STEP 3- Going Live
Approved mentors actively engage with learners, answering questions and fostering discussions related to their expertise. Regular interaction is encouraged to create a dynamic learning environment.
Love the Idea provides technical support to community call hosts to ensure a smooth live experience. Hosts lead the community call, fostering engagement and interaction among participants.
STEP 4- FEEDBACK COLLECTION
After the mentorship or community call event, feedback is collected to evaluate its success.
Mentors and community call hosts engage with participants post-event through discussions, Q&A sessions, or additional resources.
Successful mentors and community call hosts are considered for more advanced opportunities or collaborations based on the impact of their contributions.
